Refunds or exchange is available on the remainder of our merchandise.
Once the package has been opened, Norelco and Braun shavers & trimmers must be returned to their respective companies to honor their money back guarantee, return information is included with the instructions. Be sure to keep your invoice.
|Shipping and handling charges for shipment to the customer and returns to Electric Shaver Service are not refundable, unless we made a mistake or shipment in error.|
|There is a restocking fee equal to the outbound shipping rate on all returns that were originally shipped with free shipping unless defective. There is no restocking fee if you paid for shipping on the original order.|
All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and a copy of the original invoice. Call 1-888-476-1785 or email email@example.com to receive an RMA number.
