Make sure your browser is set to allow cookies otherwise there may be problems placing your order.
The ordering system uses cookies to keep track of your order information and the items you put in the shopping cart.

How to find parts

Enter the Store, Click:

Use the "Search" to find parts for your product.
If you have the part number enter it or enter the model or type number found on your shaver or appliance.
For best results only enter one word or set of numbers.
Enter the body of the model or item number, if your model number is 5585/U only enter 5585, leave out hyphens and slashes.

If your model number search does not show any results the number you are entering may be wrong please re-check it, for example an "8" and "B" look the same as well as an "I" and "1". If you still do not get any results parts may or may not be available, please contact us and we will provide further information.

The same model number may be used by different manufacturers causing multiple matches when you do a search.
Scroll down through the list of items. To verify that the part fits your model, click on the picture, this will provide more information and a listing of models the part will fit.

How to place an order online

We use a secure online ordering system, your personal and credit card information will be transmitted using the highest level of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. We feel this is just as secure as using your credit card anywhere else.

To place an order from this web site, you will need to add products to your shopping cart, then proceed with check out.

Note: Adding an item to your shopping cart is not a commitment to purchase the item. You can remove items from your cart before you finalize the order.

Adding Products to your Shopping Cart

	Locate the item (s) you want by browsing our web site. If you know the model number or part number enter it in the "Search For" box and click the "Go" button to find it quickly. Search Hint: For best results only enter one word or set of numbers. Enter the body of the model or item number, for example if your model number is 5585/U only enter 5585, leave out hyphens and slashes.
	When you locate an item you would like to order enter the quantity in the box click on the "Add To Basket" button. This places the item in the shopping cart.
	To choose more items click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the top of the page, it will take you back to the last page you viewed.
	At any time you can see the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the Shopping Cart Icon.

Placing the order from your shopping cart

	Click on the Shopping Cart Icon View Basket" button at the top of the page if you are not already on the shopping cart page.
	Click the "Checkout Now" button and follow the instructions.

Pay by check or money order

	Add items to the Shopping Cart and from the shopping cart page click on "Click Here to estimate the shipping costs for this order" to find the shipping charge.

	We do not accept checks drawn on banks outside the USA.
	When paying by check or money order make payable to "Electric Shaver Service"
	When paying by check please allow ten extra days for the check to clear the bank
